Ingredients
- 6 radishes, sliced thin
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 4 avocados, sliced or cubed
- 1/2 jar of pickled jalapeños
- 1/2 jar of pickled red onion
- Cotija cheese
- Chihuahua cheese
- Oaxaca cheese
- guacamole
- mole
- red or green salsa
- sour cream
- José Olé Chicken & Cheese Taquitos, halved
- José Olé Beef & Cheese Mini Tacos
- 5 Queso Chicken Nacho Chimichangas, cut into quarters or thirds
- 4 Jose Ole Queso Chicken Nacho Chimichangas
Directions
1. Cook your José Olé products in the oven as instructed on packaging.
2. While cooking, arrange the vegetables, sauces, cheeses, on your board to your liking.
3. Heat mole in a pan until warm and add to your board.
4. Pull José Olé products from oven, divide, and place on board. Enjoy!
